Getting a business started
You have an idea, but there’s a lot to figure out before it becomes a business. We can work through what you’ll offer and how you’ll find customers, then decide what needs to happen first.
For the owner getting startedChristian business coaching
You care about building a good business.
You care just as much about how you build it.
For more than a decade, I’ve built businesses, worked as a coach and consultant, and developed education programs for multibillion-dollar companies around the world. I bring that experience to our one-on-one work, helping you make practical decisions about growing your business.
Let’s talk about your business

You may be starting from scratch or have years of ownership behind you. We’ll begin with what you’re facing now. You don’t need a polished plan before we talk.
You have an idea, but there’s a lot to figure out before it becomes a business. We can work through what you’ll offer and how you’ll find customers, then decide what needs to happen first.
For the owner getting startedYou’re ready to grow, but you want to know the business can handle it. We’ll look at what’s working and where the strain is showing. That might mean revisiting your pricing or changing how the work gets done before taking on more.
For the owner considering the next stageYou’ve tried to fix it, but the same problem keeps coming back. I’ll help you look beyond the immediate symptoms and work through what’s causing them. Sometimes an outside perspective helps you see an option you’ve been too close to notice.
For the owner who needs an outside perspectiveAn entrepreneurial journey that points back to Christ.
Before becoming an executive minister, I built a dozen businesses and worked with business owners in more than 90 countries through coaching, consulting, and education. I’ve led teams, developed programs that reached thousands, and learned plenty of lessons the hard way.
I know how lonely ownership can be. You’re the person everyone looks to for answers, even when you’re still working through the questions yourself. Sometimes you need someone who can understand the situation, challenge your thinking, and help you see what you’ve been missing.
That’s the work I enjoy most. My strength is taking complicated problems, getting to the heart of what’s happening, and helping you turn that understanding into practical decisions. I’ll ask questions, give you honest feedback, and work through the details with you.
When I felt the Lord calling me into full-time ministry, my priorities changed, but my desire to help business owners didn’t. Today, I reserve time for a small number of coaching relationships with owners who want to build a healthy business while being faithful with what God has entrusted to them.
Your faith belongs
in the conversation.
My faith in Christ shapes how I approach business and the counsel I give. We can talk openly about the pressure to grow, the choices you’re uncomfortable with, and what faithful stewardship looks like in the decisions you’re making right now.
Many of my clients work with me for years. Before we make that kind of commitment, I want us both to feel comfortable working together.
We’ll arrange a Zoom call or, where practical, meet face to face. Tell me what’s happening in your business and ask the questions you have about coaching. We can decide together whether I’m the right person to help.
Because ministry is my full-time work, I have a limited number of coaching spots.
